Baanchernchiangmai Hotel features a welcoming atmosphere with lovely design. the staff is incredibly friendly and provides excellent service. It's a fantastic location, just a pleasant stroll from Wat Muen Tum. There's also a nice restaurant conveniently within walking distance from the hotel. Everything was perfect during our stay.

We were given a triple room with breakfast upon arrival. The property's location was perfect and stunning, in the old city centre.

Greatly enjoyed this hip new hotel, comfortable location and modern rooms. Location: the property was close enough to local coffee shops as well as sunday night market. There was plenty of good meals😀

The staff was so helpful, they were practically attached to me at the reception. And the breakfast options were great, I couldn't decide between buffet, à la carte or American.

Who needs an airport shuttle or common areas anyway? Totally overrated.

I got great value for my money at Baanchernchiangmai! The room was spacious, clean, and had a good mini fridge. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. But the best part was the staff, they were truly amazing! They went above and beyond to make my stay the best possible, always available to help and giving me great advice. Thank you for everything!

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety.

I absolutely adored the charming decoration of the hotel. It had a cozy and homely feel that made me instantly feel welcome. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to navigate around as a senior. The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with easy-to-use handrails and comfortable seating areas throughout the hotel. It made my stay even more enjoyable and comfortable.

I would have loved to see more activities or amenities specifically catered towards senior people. While the staff were helpful and friendly, it would have been nice to have some more assistance or services designed with the needs of senior guests in mind.

the location was fantastic. It was within walking distance of the Sunday night market and the Saturday version, which was a huge plus for me. Additionally, there was a food market right next to the hotel in the evenings, making it convenient to grab a bite to eat. The staff were professional and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries or concerns. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I particularly liked that some of them had balconies. Finally, the breakfast was basic but good, with a variety of Western and Chinese options available.

Everything was great and there was nothing that I felt could be improved upon.
